All across the U.S., September is many people’s favorite month of the year. And it’s no surprise; the dog days of summer finally give way to crisp nights and beautifully dry, sunny weather. Here in Yakima, the heart of the world’s largest hop growing area, September is especially golden — actually, a rich, golden green. It’s hop harvest time; a period of anticipation and excitement for those of us intimately involved and deeply passionate about what it takes to craft incredible beers.

PELLETIZING PLANT

Our state-of-the-art pelletizing facility is designed to produce various hop pellet products, like LUPOMAX®. In this temperature-controlled plant, we are able to produce pellets that perform exceptionally in the brewer’s kettle as well as in dry hopping applications.

Hops Academy, Harvest Edition
Yakima, WA

September 6-7, 2023

Hops Academy is a globally recognized hop training program that provides an educational and entertaining foray into hops that is offered at various venues around the world. On September 6-7, 2023 the Hops Academy stops in North America’s premier hop growing region, Yakima, Washington, during the 2023 hops harvest season.

In order to provide an interactive and personalized experience, space is limited to 50 participants. Registration is $400 and includes lectures, tours and activities.
