Then get straight into some tried and true recipes from iconic Aussie breweries including Stone & Wood, Mountain Goat and Young Henrys, as well as legendary international breweries including Sawmill, Cellar West and Stone. Stone Brewing’s Steve Gonzalez said “Aussie hops are like nothing else.
